slow rudder not right mech or 3g setup

On every heli I have ever had the tail servo is the fastest but my tail is super super slow , when I bang the stick left right left right it takes for ever , is this a 3g setting or a mechanical thing , everything is lubed and easy to move

This when flying or sitting on bench? If on bench is the way gyro interacts from what you say nd what I have seen

both flying and on bench , when flying it laggs then jumps like it super slow

I guess check for any binding, sticking at either end of travel etc. Is a pain but mine is super smooth entire range. Ig that is not issue then must be either 3G unit or servo .
