I have my Raptor trimmed to hover nice and steady. When I go in to FFF it wants to dive. What do I need to look at? I've never had this happen before. It's balanced level on the fly bar too.
Thanks,

Sure you do not have some mixes set in the radio or something like that?

If its not CG check the paddle alignment.

Balancing on the flybar is not reliable.
Balance by holding the main grips so that the spindle or blades are vertical.
When trimmed for steady hover and diving in forward flight would indicate a tail heavy condition.
Another possibility is that while you were trimming for a steady hover if there was any slight breeze like a head wind then you would have actually trimmed in some forward stick which would cause a dive in forward flight.
Also as Andy mentioned check the paddle alignment.

Thanks, I'll recheck the balance using Flyinfools recomendation, plus I was curious about paddle alignment. I have the green paddles. Every set I've owned have been slightly bananna shaped when sighting down the trailing edge. That makes it nearly impossible to totally line 'em up.
Any suggestions for a good paddle that will maintain crisp response?

I switched from the green TT paddles to the Gohbee Carbon paddles (http://www.gohbee.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=10146&Category_Code=1210) and have been happy ever since.

The TT paddles are made for "flipping" not "flying around" ;)

That's what I'm working in to now. I'm getting loops and rolls down and have begun to work on "flipping" so I can start the fun filled inverted hover practice.
