Tail blade direction?

This may seem like a stupid question but what direction should the tail blades turn on the shogun? I thought all tail blades turned counter-clockwise if you are looking at the pilots side of the bird. (Mine don't)

The tail blades should turn up into the downwash of the main blades. Your pinion may be contacting the wrong end of the input gear. The motor pinion should mesh with the top of the tail input crown gear. The rear bevelled gear on the tail shaft should be mounted on the right when viewed down the boom from the front of the heli. The main blades should turn clockwise when viewed from above.
