Hi, as i understand when u move the tail to left, the tail slider should move the opposite direction right?

After a crashed, I discovered that i need to reverse the gyro to get it to head hold. and the tail slider was moving the same direction as i move the tail.

Anyone encounter this?

When you move the transmitter stick to the left, the slider moves right. Transmitter stick to the right, slider to the left. Regardless of what you reverse or mount where, in the end the slider should move as stated above.

Give right rudder, the servo should pull the rod. If thats wrong the rudder channel is reversed.

Pick up the heli and turn the nose left, the servo should again, pull the rod frontwards, if thats wrong reverse the gyro.

If its backwards from above then you have something put together wrong.

The first thing to check is to see if your tail rotor is going in the correct direction. When facing the tail rotor from the right side of the helicopter the tail rotor must rotate counter clockwise. The next thing to check is that you have your grips on correctly. The control arm must be on the leading edge of the blades which puts the blade grip nuts on the inside of the blade grips. The next thing to check is that your servo is going in the correct direction. If you give a right tail rotor input the servo will move clockwise pulling on the tail rotor control rod. If this isn't the way yours works then reverse the gyro in your transmitter. The next thing to check is that the gyro is making the proper correction. Pick up your machine with the radio on and move rotate the helicopter to the left like a left pirouette. The servo should put in a right correction. That is your servo will rotate clockwise pulling on the control rod. Then make sure that with your gyro in standard mode (not heading hold) the angle between the control rod and the gray bellcrank back at the tail rotor is 90 degrees. The last thing is check your throws making sure that you have as much as you can get without binding in either direction.
