My set-up is to make active the GV1 in Idle 1 and 2 only on the 14MZ. The problem is that it will not go into TH when the GV1 is active. When inactive TH does as it should (I'm practising low hover auto's atm)

In the Gov menu I have rate 1 set to ON in normal, rate 2 ON in idle 1 and rate 2 O in idle 2 all set to SNG - all other rates are INH when the active is ON. When TH is active all rate got to INH and GRP

But the throttle is still being controlled by the stick position

Any input on this from you 14/12MZ guys?????

Hi there.
One of the major differences between the 9C and the 14MZ/12Z, is the FlightMode settings. (set up in the Condition Select menu)

On the 14MZ/12Z, the flightmodes are totally separated from most functions, and the functions can be freely selected on or off/adjusted for each flightmode (not like the 9C where i.e. flightcondition Hold also automatically enabled throttlehold)

This means that in flightcondition HOLD, you will have to enable the function ThrottleHold. If not, you have a perfectly working throttlecurve in flightcondition HOLD.
-Enable Throttlehold in HOLD mode only, by setting it to Single.

For the Governor, set the RPM to OFF in flightcondition HOLD, and the GV1 will turn off. (I normally only use Rate1 in both Governor- and Gyro menu, and set the value (rpm and/or gain) to different values for each flightcondition. Remember to set Single/Group to Single for each flightcondition, if not you will have same setting for all flightconditions)

Hope this makes some sense and helps.
