I doubt it. Its almost $300 for a belt conversion. $50 more and you'd have a Trex 450 SE V1. Personally I'm gonna skip that one.

I think the freestyle or compy would be better anyway personaly. Espescialy for $200 less money.

If your used to upgrading your heli's to uH aftermarket stuff than $288 is not all that expensive. that tail setup alone for a shogun or hornet is is $170. Add then the frame....been selling for $120 + the boom and servo boom mounts.....That price is standard uH rates.

I wouldn't waste my money on a belt conversion. A Direct Drive tail works very well once it is setup right, even the stock tail works ok once you have the setup correct. Tweak until tail holds good, then go fly and you will see that a belt drive really isn't necessary.

man after looking at those. im going to order one,
i think im leaning towards the freestyle kit. im just wondering tho if im going to need to get a park 400 or if my park 370 would be able to handle it.

Read my post on the 400. I just updated it. Then ask one of the non-noob guys here because myself, being a noob, may be biased.

oh i was just thinking about it for a sec while i was typing. im looking at just building another heli. once i get good enough for 3d i will buy a trex.

i want to build a microheli frame with the freestyle belt drive tail and carbon fiber rod. so im just going to put the 400 in it.

im sure the blade wll come upgraded very soon i have to mnay spare parts to buy another heli........

il prefer a trex 500 instead to spend money

This uH setup is not a conversion. Its an intirely new helicopter. the freestyle is the only true belt drive upgrade I've seen. That is the best one as well with very few complaints. For $100 its also the cheapest.

I've been waiting for this uH heli for a long time and I'm used to thier prices so I'm not at all surprised. That frame and tail with the uH CNC head, a JGF 400DH and phoenix 25. Sweet.

The Microheli belt drive tail conversion is not an "intirely new helicopter". It is a belt drive frame. It doesn't come with the CNC head.

True....the whole heli will cost $400....but with the head included, its a whole new/different heli. My point was that it's not an upgrade....

On my current Blade:

Heli = $200
Brushless tail setup (gy240, feigao bl motor, cc10) = $200
