I have been pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to plumb this header tank. Does any one out there run one? I am running exhaust pressure and a pump, so there is lot of tube. Where do you put your fill valve? Does the tank go before the pump or after?
Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

I just ran in to that problem with mine, i was really scratching my head trying to figure out what the middle port was on the headrer tank and what it went to.
The exhaust pressure still goes to the pressure port on the main tank. The line out of the main tank goes to the top of the header tank. Then the bottom line of the header tank goes to the carb. The middle port on the header tank should be factory plugged. I have seen some open it up, and put a small length of tube on it as a cap, then use it as a fill port. I definitely makes a different in run time and lean out conditions. I have my header tank(the middle of it) level with the carb. hope this helps.

I thank you for trying but my system is a little more complex than that. I run a 91 SX-H with fuel pump, and a return line to the main tank. I have a header tank on my raptor so I know how to run it on just exhaust pressure. My questions however are
1. Does the tank go before or after the pump?
2. If it goes after the pump then where do I put the fill line at?
In other words. How do I fill both tanks? The pump will not let the fuel go backwards. Or will it?

The header tank goes between the main tank and the pump. Line from main tank to top fitting on header tank. Line from header tank to inlet side of pump.
To fill the tanks. Put a tee fitting in the line between the header tank and the pump. Then fill thru that fitting, that will fill both tanks completely. To defuel, use the same fitting.

That is exactly what I was talking about. thank you very much. I was having a large brain fart and could not picture it.
David, Do I need to keep the header tank level with the carb even if I am running a pump?
Thanks again,
