Vigor/JR 9303 setup

I am trying to set up my Vigor with my new JR 9303 and I’m having trouble with the elevator (pitch) when I move the elevator stick the right hand servo dose not have the same amount of travel as the right servo so when I move the stick back I get some right roll in the swashplate and when the elevator is moved forward I get left roll. When the collective stick is moved all three servos move equally. I am using the 140° 3-servo CCPM swashplate setting. I tried the 120° 3-servo CCPM swashplate setting. And it seems to work ok. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Yes, we were recently made aware of this problem. Horizon has been advised on this, and they have contacted JR.

As soon as JR makes the necessary changes, customers will be able to send in their 9303 transmitters to Horizon service for a free update. For the short term, the additional mix should mask the problem.

Don't know if the individual who started this thread has gotten any more information, however Horizon will send out a UPS pick-up ticket upon request to have the radio returned to them for a software update. The 9303 is only affected as I understand the situation if the 140° CCPM swash function is selected. The discrepancy can be mixed out, however it is a JR internal software gripe and your radio will be repaired, updated and returned for no charge.
