OK, now this I cannot figure out. Altho its entirely possible it was operator error, but I dont think so.

Flew the other day, came back checked the battery (TP 2070 3SX extreme) on my TP1010 and 210v battery showed 3.6v per cell. Left the battery plugged into balancer never charged it (first mistake). Today, check battery again, two cells show 2.93v and 2.95v and third cell is 3.16v.

So what happened, did leaving it plugged into my balancer draw the voltage down that low? Is there any way to save the pack? Whats issues will I have if I continue to use the pack (no swelling, no punctures, still perfect)? How do I dispose of it properly?

Charge/balance it immediately. 2.95v per cell isn't good but it's very close to 3v per cell so it's not the end of the world. I'd just keep my packs above 3v/cell in the future.

I'm willing to bet the pack does fine.

Does anyone know how to get a 1010C to charge in this case.. when I try to put it on charge I get an Voltage error and the charge does not start...

Do you have the balancer? When you get the low voltage error it should then give you the option to press "INC" to try to salvage the pack. Are you getting that?

Yep have the balancer but I dont get a message like that.

There is a battery recovery thread in this forum, it involves doing a VERY SHORT, supervised charge in nicd mode to get all the cells over 3 volts. Look for the thread, as it has more specifics, such as amps, etc. Point is, your batt can probably be saved.

I've done the same thing, but on a fully charged batt. Fell asleep while waiting for my last batt to charge. When I woke up 8 hr later, the balancer had pulled .2 volts out of each cell.
