futaba ff8 ??????

hi all i have a futaba ff8 transmitter .it is setup for my t rex 450xl.
it is set on heliswh 1
if i go into the advance menu it will not come up with the gyro settings or the govrpm settings so i cannot setup the gyro :dontknow

If it is an early version of the Futaba 8 channel. It is not going to have gyro or governor menu.

Here in the USA. There was the 8U, then the 8U super.

Set it up on a toggle switch.

yeah it could be an older one .. i dont know how old it is ..
