I have had a the blade CX for about 3 weeks and I have learned to hover very well and I got my forward flight tuned in so I been very happy with my progress, I decided to get me a fixed pitch with a tail rotor.

I have tryed really hard to set it up in the right manner, I have the swash plate leveled, I made sure the blades were tracking the right way and the only thing I can see wrong is the thing is tail heavey even with the battery all the way to the front. When trying to get off the ground it tips over to the left so I adjust my slider to compensate and then it goes to the right same way with forward to backwards, I have tryed everything I know to try without any luck. I did get it completely off the ground but it goes hard left, right or hard forward/ hard backwards.

I am aware that its not a Blade CX and is harder to fly but I have to get some kind of control to get it off the ground. I have watched several videos of others flying the same heli and it seems to go straight up, so either something is out of adjustment or I dont know something that I really need to know. I have used a simulator but It still comes down to you have to have a certain amount of control to get off the ground.

Anyone that has the time to help me with this I would be truly appreciative I am willing to practice as much as it takes but help me gain a little control and I feel I will conquer this hobby.

Again thanks for any suggestions, comments or solutions that anyone can offer.

I have a LHS that has a young guy that flys helis and I have carried my Falcon 40 to him to make sure it is set up right and that it will atleast go up instead of hard right when lifting off. My question is this whats the varing opinions on training gear?

Trainning gear YES or NO and why?
