Broken 401 dilema

So I was able to get all of the outer case pieces ordered up for my 401 got whacked by the flybar in a crash. While getting ready to pull the remains of the broken case off of the electronics I noticed the 4 small screws that hold everything together have a really weird head pattern on them. Does anyone have any experience with these screws and where to get a tool to remove and reinstall the case?
