Which hole to use on a servo arm?

On the 450sa's manual, it states to use the hole 15mm from the center of the servo screw. But in the heli freek vid it says 13mm. im using hi-tech 65's on trex sa ccpm. if i use the 13mm hole it seams the linkage arms would be more perpindicular. :dontknow

If 13mm looks "straighter" I would use that one. If you saw it on a Finless video be assured it is correct ;)
