Dunno? Although I don't have the $$$ to buy one I still can't get the price, I log in at the homepage, or at checkout sane price. I can say that is below dealer cost but grand rc has an edge as an align distributor and a retail shop. Get em while you can- amazing price!

That is insane. I don't understand how GrandRC can sell this kit for that amount of money. He is losing money on the deal. The dealer cost for this kit is around $633 so he is losing 34 bucks per kit. Wassup with that??

Come to think of it, I don't even get my order emails from grandrc. I have even logged on to my ISP's email and they are not in the spam folder. Perhaps my account is so old it wasn't ported to their new website properly or my ISP is blocking that domains emails for some reason. I'll have to get that resolved so I am in these email blasts in the future.

Grand pricing policy is strange to say the least. Today I was going to buy 106.00 worth of parts and I changed my mind after shipping was going to be 12.00 for 1.5pds. It's either feast or famine over there. I've never had a service issue but that 1pd shipping always gets me upset to the point of canceling my order and shopping elsewhere.

They're sold out now. I just checked my order and it's on hold due to me mismatching my shipping billing addresses.:face I recently moved companies and forgot to update the billing address. I sent an email with the corrections but I imagine since it's the weekend, no one will be in until Monday. Hope I still get it.

I bet they pay 50% and most likely alot less in quantity.

The markup is HUGE in order for their employees to pay
their mortgages and buy cars and food. It would have to be.
Irregardless of the profit made on all the other stuff they sell.

I wonder why I didn't get the same email. I bought from them before and have an account with them. $599 is the best deal I've seen but they are all sold out.

They import directly from Taiwan and sell to other hobby shops and customers like us so I'm sure they get them real cheap. Be interesting to know why they cleared their 500efl inventory. At $599, I would have bought a second one for the AH-1 Cobra canopy.

I doubt they're making 50 points. I bet it's more like 25 to 35 points on kits. Parts sales is another story.
