help please

I was woundering if anyone could help me with my twister cp v2, its identical to a blade cp, and i have been told that the standard transmitter/reciever can be used to run the brushless and a gyro. Im also upgrading the tail motor to the direct drive system.
My first question is how do you hook up the brushless and gyro to the standard reciever?
ie. which ports are to be used?
i am currently waiting to get a dx7 but untill then would like to get it running with the standard gear.
Any7 help would e much appreciated.

look at the pic gino posted. the top one is what you need to do for the bl main and gyro. the rudder plugs into the pins on the gyro. the plugs coming out of the gyro plug into the rudder channel on the rx. and then the single wire with plug, plugs into channel 5 on the rx, that is the remote gain. you can adjust the gyro gain in flight from the tx. thsi is also assuming your going to use the g90 gyro.

if you go brushless tail you can take the 3n1 out and throw it away, like i did last night.

if you can find a blade cp pro instruction book or download it. it walks you through the install of the gyro and brushless system.

Thanks txflyer, i just downloaded the cp pro intructions. but unfortunately on my twister CP the 4 in 1 channles 3 and 4 dont have pins there. I think it will be better to just get a new radio.

it might be cheaper to jsut switch to the eflite radio and electronics. but then again a new radio would be one of the best, if not the best upgrade you could do. check out the dx7its abit pricey but well worth it from what ive heard.

I'll second that ! The DX7 IMO is the best upgrade for any bird. Sure there's better radios for 3X the price or more but the DX7 lets you fly up to 20 different aircraft with a single radio, glitch free spectrum technology and has more settings than Carter has Liver pills. (For those of you that remember Billy) :mrgreen:
