Most of the guys are using 8.45:1 which is a 93 tooth main gear with an 11 tooth pinion. You may actually have to either face the motor mount about .030 or grind the motor mount frame mounting holes just a fuzz. I have done this on the Pro IIK but never on a SE. On the Pro you add shims until everything lines up.

if the distance from the underside of the mounting lugs to the crank is the same as the YS 80, you will not have to do any machining. you just have to get the right mount. I'm currently running a YS 80 at 8.45 and don't have quite the right mount but did have to use three spacers.

you can buy mounts with different heights, I have two here. one is four spacers (whatever height that is) taller than the other.

95/11 Is 8.63

93/11 = 8.45

Parts you will need
0864-13 11 tooth pinion with bearing installed
0865-93 93 tooth main gear
0549-3 Motor mount this mount will allow different ratios
0549-4 .017 shims for mounts

Or you can do 8.18 and you will need the same parts except the 93 tooth main gear. 90/11. If you don't want to buy the mount you can grind the mounting face off the mount as Gordie mentioned. The 0549-3 mount has the mounting holes in the side about 3mm difference towards the mounting lugs than stock mount.
