I am thinking of buying a Spek DX7. I currently have a Blade CP and will buying a T-Rex 600 by the end of summer, or maybe for Christmas ha ha!! So I figure the DX7 would be a good investment.

I have searched the forums and cant quite find the answers to my question, so advice, comments and links are welcome.

My questions are:

1. Will I need a different RX for each heli? (makes sence that I would)
2. How do I adapt the DX7 rx to the e-flight 4-1... or do I?
3. Can I use the servos that came with my BCP with the DX7 system?
4. Will the servos that come with the DX7 work with t-rex?

Thats probably it for now, as things get answered I'll probably have more questions ha ha!!!

Hi,

1. Yep..unless you want to move the rx everytime you want to fly anoter heli.
2. You can. I use a ar6100 rx on my cp2. You will have to open the 4in1 controller (well opening means seperate the two halves. one half is rx part and other half 3in1 controller) . In the 3 in one controller part you find two 3 pin connections one is rudder and the other one is throttle. So connect these two to the ar6100 rx together with the 3 servo's for ccpm servo's...program the radio..and you are ready to go :D
3. yes the servo's of your bcp will work with the dx7 system
4. The servo's from the dx7 system will work with a trex600...many posts are already covering that subject...in short..they dont have fast response..but for an average flyer it will do.

Hope you can do something with these answers :D

cheers,
Maurice

:noteworthy

Thank you!!! If all goes well I'll have the DX7 in a week or two. I have been reading up on it alot and it sounds pretty sweet. As for the Trex... well we'll see... its a bit of money when you add up blades, batterys and chargers :dontknow But hey... all in due time.

Thanks so much for your reply Maurice!!
