My SJM has a New Look!

Hey guys, just thought I'd put up a couple of pictures of my SJM 400 V2 with a new canopy. This is the plastic carbon fiber canopy for the T-Rex 450. I didn't have to modify the canopy at all. I turned a canopy mount on my lathe and cut out the attachment by hand. I may try to cut some on my CNC later.

I REALLY like this look compaired to the stock canopy! It is much easier to install (just pop it on) and is stronger. The SJM really is a nice flyer, but this makes it even better.

If anyone is curious, here's a couple of shots of the SJM 400 V2 compaired to a stock T-Rex 450XL. The overall length is very similar, but the SJM is much more compact.

I've just gotten one Sjm400 V2, looking for reference material to build it... maybe if finless would do a build video on it :)
