I had a bad servo on my genius out of box. They are 1st classing me a new one. Great customer service!!!!
I don't know. We shipped our Genius back on the 3rd, they received it on the 6th, and I don't even think they realize they've got it. Hope they find it/have it and will do the service they said they'd do to it if we shipped it back.
I want my Genius back!
Well, at least there communication is descent.

Well, at least there communication is descent.You have to realize they the biggest Walkera vendor in America an they deal with hundreds of orders a week plus they have a will-call which can keep them very busy I go there all the time have great people working there. The quality control at Walkera in not the greatest. I knew they would make things right. I hope you get your Genius an can enjoy this little heli. Good people usually do good things.
Well, I sent them an e-mail last night with tracking information regarding the missing package. It was definitely delivered to their office on the 6th. So now it's up to them to find it and help me out.
I hope I haven't lost the helicopter as I really want it back. If it's as good as promised, I'll be selling the MCPX.

mine had a stripped front servo and twisted tail fin.
emailed them about it and john sent me replacements no questions asked.
I been very pleased with wowhobbies over the past few years :)
hope you got your heli back or will soon

Did you include the RMA number and contact info with your box? They are usually pretty quick to respond unless they have trouble identifying the package and order. I am sure they will take care of you soon. Sorry you are out the heli right now. It really is a great little flyer.
Good news! I got a call last night from Stuart of WOW-Hobbies. They found my helicopter with it's 2801 TX. Stuart had a look at it, and apparently my settings were way wrong for both modes. and I had the duel rates set. So, they have now corrected the settings, added both modes into two separate models in the 2801 TX and will be shipping it back to me. I've asked them this morning how much extra would it cost to convert it to brushless. Have not heard back yet about that.
If it's not too much, I'll have them do that before shipping it back to me. If not, it'll be sent back home as is.
Also, just ordered from Darth the MCPX-made Airwolf fuselage which I'll put on the Genius. If all goes well, I should now finally have the perfect micro-sized, flybarless, rock-solid stable scale Airwolf helicopter to fly in the living room!

Mine is finally on its way back home. I will be recieving it on Monday all with proper settings!Will also be recieving Darths MCPX Airwolf for it as well. I cant wait!

after you fly it, you may want to put the Mcpx into that airwolf body.

Fits standard MCPX. Mine is extended.
