I'm having a hard time getting my CX to just hover ... the nose wants to drift right even with my radio's trim set full in the opposite direction to correct it ... I just installed brand new aluminium parts; swashplate, lower rotor head, innershaft with al head ... input? Thanks guys looking foward to discussing my copter :)

Have you made any adjustments to the mixer pot on the 4-in-1? The procedure is explained in the manual. When you switched out the inner shaft, did you get all the little parts installed correctly on the bottom?

What happens when you just get the motors to spin with the trim on the TX centered? Does one motor start to spin way earlier than the other?

I adjusted my 4n1 all the way out and still have a small amount of the nose drifting. I did what I was told on this forum to stop trying to get it perfect and just fly it, take your nose drift out using your sticks and you will be alot happier in the long run.

Very few helis will hover in one place, they are to lite I been flying 5 weeks and I can hover my CX perfectly with a nose drift. I correct using my controller.

Well I centered my throttle trim and found that my right motor was starting up pretty early ... so I got her up and took note of the direction the nose was drifting which was to the right .. I made the correct adjustements to the 4in1 and after aboutn 20mins of tweaking I am seeing very little nose drift ... however I am noticing a new phenomenon...

...When in hover a full 360 clockwise rotation is much quicker than a counter-clockwise rotation ... can my 4in1 be tweaked to correct that? Interesting thing about it is that I have nearly eliminated any nose drift.

It will always spin faster ( Much) one way, can't tweak it out.
