Should I connect the batteri leads before the balance plugg? Should the batteri be plugged into the charger before or after I turn it on? The manual says alot of stuff about how to select cells and chargerate and all that, but I cant find anything about what order stuff should be plugged in. Could anyone please enlighten me? :dontknow
