Hello, I need help with file types. I made a flight video today, but I have a camcorder that saves it as an MPEG file. And MPEG's arent compatible with windows movie maker, or even HF. Is there any way I can change the file type without harming the file or eliminating the video? Thanks, Meef

Download eRightsoft's Super encoder, it's free.

Drag and drop your MPEG file into the encoder. Encode to .AVI. Your editing software will recognize the .AVI file.

www.elecard.com

download the converter. it will convert a vob to mpg very easily. Super will too but it is not novice user friendly
