Hello Everyone,
I had a crash awhile back and finally got around to puting the heli back together. Everything looks good and new again but the blades are not tracking at the same hight which is makeing the heli shake at higher RPMs. I have adjusted a E-Flite CP PRO before but the Bergen has a few more turn buckles. Can someone tell me or post a photo showing which buckles adjust the blades.
Thanks for helping a Noob or Dumb Ass. Take your pick. :?

Rick -
Head axle straight?
Main shaft straignt?
Blade holder arms tight and straight?
Have you used a pitch gauge on the bench to get them close?
Use the shorter linkage from the mixer to the blade holder, lengthen for more + and shorten for - less

I don't want to start any arguments, but I believe that the short links on the mixers need to be the same length. Then to track the blades, adjust the long links going to the swash. If you mess with the short links I think you will develop problems as you go through the pitch range.

If you did not damage or lose the rods in the head during the crash then there is a good chance that the rods are all still the proper length...but just on the wrong place...try swapping the two long rods that connect the bell mixers to the swashplate first...Lou is right the two short rods between the blade grip and the bell mixer should be used as a last resort as they really need to be the same length...if swapping the long rods don't work...mark a blade as "master" (so you know what blade you are adjusting) and either shorten or lengthen it 1/2 turn at a time...
if you have any questions or need help walking through the process give me a call at Bergen R/C tomorrow and we will get you straightened out...
