Hi Guys,

Did any one facing this problem while turning on the governer on hobbywing 80amp.

I crash my heli two times so every time why I was near to lift up the heli in the air its suddely turns left and the blades hits the ground.

Initially I was thinking that its because of the flybarless unit but after changing the unit still faced the same problem.

After that I turned off the governer mode then the heli start flying properly so it seems like governer function in the ESC was creating some problem.

Any one faced such problem if yes, can you please advise what action have you taken to fix this problem?

Regards,

Fadi

Ok, it sound strange; when was on other helis , what was the alimentation fo the fbl unit?
With HW have you set BEC output at 5,25V or 6V? (it's a Platinum, isn't it?)

Governor may be aggressive, in that case it has bad effects on gyro work; sincerely i have some difficulties to figure how it can affect cyclic, but your experience is proof....

Try to set ESC with super soft start, gov low, other parameters stock.
Wait 15s in spool-up to leave governor to set rpms.

I'm using HW gov as well and it works fine.

Follow Fabio's tips and check if your BEC is enough to feed all the servos.

Maybe the gov spool-up is quite hard and demand a lot from the FBL/servos to keep the heli stable.. if your BEC is not powerfull enough to power the servos, the heli may have strange behavior.

Best Regards.

Alex.
