Hi:I have a problem which is driving me nuts! My servos all work fine until I get the heli up to about half throttle then aileron and elevator servos begin to twitch.I throttle back and they quit.I am using a dx6 and ar6000 setup with hitec hs-85mg servos. Tried without running the motor and they are fine.Any help would be great!
Thanks in advance

Sounds like DC noise coupling coming from the ESC or a vibration affecting an electrical connection.
Reroute all wires that get connected to the rx as far away from the ESC and motor as possible. Add a high freq noise filter inductor ring to the end of your ESC connection into your Rx. Align sells these. I get mine from HeliDirect.
Zip tie down your wires.

Has the RX had a traumatic experience (i.e. crash)? You can sometimes break a ceramic filter, or even the crystal, and the RX becomes vibration sensitive. If Alan's ideas don't solve it you might try running it with the RX sitting next to the heli (not subjected to the vibration).

Thanks for the ideas! I was wondering my rx gets its power from the throttle connection ,do I need a seperate ubec instead?

You normally should not need a separate UBEC. If you're not drawing too much current (e.g. big and/or digital servos) you should be fine as is. However, you should definitely use a ferrite on the lead between the ESC and RX (unless you're running a 2.4 Ghz system).
