Make sure that all of your servo arms are 20MM
I found that the ones on mine wer 18MM, 19.5MM and 19.5mm
I was encountering some pretty serious interaction and the servo arm length was the culprit. You can get away with 19.5 arms on all cyclic servos but you will still have a small bit of interaction at the extremes.

How about your swash plate deflection? Do you get enough?

I have about 8 degrees of cyclic. The problem I am running into is that when you go full cyclic in any direction, and then you go above 3/4 stick or below 1/4 stick on the collective, the swash doesn't maintain the same defree of deflecion. I am hoping that its a problem with the horn lengths. I have some on order. As long as I keep my collective around mid stick, I have no problems controling the heli.

Seems to be a problem with the total possible travel of the "elevator" mechanics.

Is this for a 90 60 50 30?
