My not so ready to fly heli, Help please

So My RTF heli from EBAY is not quite ready to fly, turns out the flybar part was installed upside down causing the pitch to not work at all, and then I noticed the blade grips weren't turning so well. So I took it apart.

Anyway,

There are like a number of parts, and an uneven number of washers.

Can someone tell me what exactly goes from one end of the spindle shaft to the other? I have like 5 washers and 4 orings and from looking at the schematic, it seems like I have twice what I should have.
