Eh, it's about 3.5 hours for me but closer than Huntsville was. Jax was a pretty quick drive though. I don't know why Tally hasn't ever had a big heli event. Our field has plenty of space for campers and such if properly groomed and we're in a pretty good spot for folks from all over the SE region to come down, or up, whatever the case may be. Maybe it's a county thing since we lease the land. Maybe one day...

I look forward to this one. Hopefully my Rexy will remain in one piece between now and then. :wink:

Definately! I'll be down there on Friday early afternoon. Hopefully I'll have my 600N by then. LHS says they're getting one in today. I will be going to investigate after work. My credit card isn't too happy about the idea but fortunately I can't hear the screams from inside my wallet. :wink:

Update: No kit at my LHS today. What a shock... Mabey next week or hell, mabe I'll wait until Clint's event like I was planning to in the first place. Sorry...just had to vent for a minute. :thumbdown:
