i have built my razor according to spec i had to switch spacers between the delrin spacer between the main gear and the front belt pulley and the bottom of the front belt pulley. i had the thicker of the 2 between the delrin spacer and the main gear, upon closer observation of the manual i saw that one belonged under the front belt pulley.i thought that was why my belt kept slipping down on the low side of the belt, i moved the tensioner forward until it is now even on the second to last adjustment position. i would think this would be tight enough to prevent the belt from slipping down off of the pulley of the tensioner. do i have to go a click tighter or am i missing something?? thanks...cameron
