When I bought my Blade CP, I also purchased a dozen mosfets in anticipation of someday having to replace them in my 4-n-1.
I have since ditched the blade for a Compy 300 (if you are really frustrated trying to fly a glitchy Blade, you should try one of these!)
Anyway, I have 12 brand new MOSFET's from Digi-key. IF anyone out there is doing their own 4-n-1 repairs, I will send you all 12 for 20 bucks delivered anywhere.
