As indicated, in a hover the tail/nose of my R60 bobs up and down slowly after returning to center stick from fore/aft cyclic input. It is rock solid on the roll axis. I've gone over the helicopter a number of times and everything that's supposed to be tight is tight and everything that supposed to be balanced is balanced as far as I can tell. I'm wondering, can this nodding so to speak be caused by the fuel sloshing in the tank? The nod does seem worse to me around mid tank as opposed to full or empty, but that could just be my imagination.

Hi,
Look at your servo arm. I got same issue and try everythoing like you and finally change the servo arm (standard Futaba one) to a stronger (Ace) one. Everything's fine now !
In fact you can see this if you switch on your radio and heli and try to force the cyclic by hand at the swatchplate. You'll see your servo will maintain position but the balls on the servo arm (even use as push-pull)will make the movement possible as the arm is not strong enough.
Hope this will cure your issue.

To soft or worn out dampeners can cause the same issue.
