YEH! I cant wait , its not often I get to fly with other pilots , flying with mosqitos really dont count that much . they bite hard , and also my VBlades bite back harder :smokin:
this year , I would like to see everyone get along , no matter what they fly , batteries included , lets just have some fun , and I need some sun!
Ill leave on the 6th , get there on the 7th , leave on the 14th , back home on the 15th,

I'm there! Of course I live there (here) too...oh well, still get excited about it.

We are also cooking Friday night in our pits (West side cheap seats). Come on by and bring some more food.

Give a kick in the pants and shot of Tequila!!

I am bring 3 helis and if I come back with one not mashed up I will be disappointed, cause if you dont crash you dont fly hard enough!

There is no fee for parking or gate fee, the only thing it will cost is the fee for registration if you plan on flying but its free to be a spectator. Oh by the way you may want to set aside plenty of money to buy something from any of the 42 vendors that will be on site. LOL

My luck getting to events hasn't been that good this year so IRCHA is no different.

I was suppoused to be romming with a bud at the Fairfield Inn and last minute he has backed out of IRCHA so.... If anyone is looking to split a room for $35 a night let me know.

If I can't find someone this week, than there will be 1 open room at the Fairfield Inn Marriott for the event as I won;t be able to make it this year.

Anyone interested in a split or in the room let me know.

Bob Sadler, Steve and I will be getting there Thursday night. Looking forward to seeing everyone!!

As for a central tent, that is a great idea!! In the past it has been called the FREAK ZONE!!

We will be leaving on Monday and should (weather permitting landing at South Bend Monday evening. We got the new canopy on and it should be a good flight. Can't wait to meet up with everyone this year. I posted a pic of our ride there, should be fun.

Gary Travis

won't have an ap rig with me, I am shipping my turbine and clothes to Cris Bergen as I won't have any room in the plane for much lugage. The Provost jet we will be flying wasn't desinged for comfort and the luggage room is 0.

Wednesday is setup day. I would say the majority of the vendors will be there and open on Thursday.

I have a room at the Fairfield Inn right in the center of all the IRCHA action and parking lot flying!

If you would be interested in splitting the room for 3-4 days let me know, if you have 2 people we can do that as well.

The room is 59.99 a night so to split ($35 a night) it would be very cheap. If your interested shoot me a PM or call me at 786-271-7641

Thanks!
