Vapor lock on Sectra G

Starts good cold,Flies good, shut off to refuel hard starting
acts lean, primer bulb wont pull fuel, needles are set proper
lines are tight, aftermarket carb adapter, no heat shield

do you have the fuel tank check valve installed or are you using the looped fuel line approach?

If you're using the check valve, remove it to see if the problem still occurs. If not, either replace the chk valve or use the loop.

If its not a plugged 1 way valve as Carey says, do you have the Minair supplied stents clunk in there? That clunk material is too fine and it can clog up with oil or cold weather when oil viscocity increases. I had issues on my birds with that clunk and I changed it to the Walbro felt clunk which in my opinion is much better.

Removed the oneway and double looped the vent line.
I believe it is fixed!
