Hi all
I'm an helifan in Austria (T-Rex 600) and will be on executive education in Buston / Cambridge (at the MIT) in June. I will have a few hours of spare time and want to use this for getting some Heli parts hard to get in Austria, maybe also a new heli. Does anybody knows a good helistore easy to reach (by Taxi) nearby the MIT?
Thanks a lot for your help
Max

there really isn't any other than Alex's RC Hobbyworks in Belmont.

What specific things are you looking for?

The new RCHover (rchover.com) is more than a taxi ride away unfortunately. From downtown
MIT area, it'd be 45min-1hour (depending on traffic and time of day)

I'm looking for some spare parts for my T-Rex 600, a new motor, ESC, some LIPOs and maybe a new heli (Nito?). The reason, in the states all the staff around rc is a little bit cheaper than here in old Europe.
With new heli, I don't know, in any case a .50 class or higher....... some ideas
greetings from Austria

Alex's is closest (ie. taxi).

If you can get your hands a on a car, then I'd suggest RCHover (call them first)
or RCBuyer's Warehouse in Nashua, NH (about 40 minute drive north)

Hog Heaven Hobbies in Sturbridge has Raptor, Align and Blade parts/products, unfortunately they're an hour away from MIT too.
