I still haven't gotten around to finishing my Intrepid 90. But I have a question about the starting shaft options. The heli has a cone on the start shaft. My starter is the Sullivan Hi-tork, with a rubber cone in which a 6mm hex shaft is inserted. What do I get to start this heli? Can I get a shart shaft with a rubber cone insted of the 6mm hex?

The cone would not be my choice due to the compression of the 90, I have the hex adaptor one the helicopter and my start shaft is the one way bearing type which is directly attached to the starter motor shaft.

Gary, I don't know where to find the 6mm hex adapter for the 6mm Bergen shaft.
Any ideas on where to purchase this item. Bergen does not sell them :dontknow .

I got one from heliproz for the Raptor but it is for a 5mm shaft. Do they make a larger size? I will give them a call. Thanks :noteworthy
