quick question - gy401 + ar7000

im fairly new to rc, so bear with me...

im setting up my trex with dx7/ar7000/gy401
i am unsure exactly which channels the servos plug into,
and why the plugs from the 401 dont seem to fit... with a seemingly extra fin on the plug.

You must trim the little tabs off the plugs to put them into the reciever
The three wire plug goes into the fourth channel and the single wire red plug in the fifth
