Getting ready to convert my Trex 550 to FBL.

Looking at the attached file, which location would be best suited for the
unit.

Also, in order to keep the tail a little higher in the rear (had a few hard landings), I use a different skid for the front. This gives the heli a 4* tilt and me a little confidence boost.:peace

Can the SK720 tolerate a 4* tilt during setup or do I need to change my skids back to stock?

=] hi, use the front metal tray in the lower rear receiver tray position is another option, my favorite!

Thanks for the reply.

How about the 4 degrees of tilt?

=] yes sorry I meant to include that bit! for setup mode this is fine, nothing is being calibrated to the heli attitude in the SK, it will just show the heli is not level during the orientation steps.

its usual to fit the T600 2mm fin on this heli.......

Once again, thanks.

Really jazzed about converting to FBL and using the
Skookum.

Guess the new CGY750 will be in the F/S section soon.:D

I am curious how you dealt with the servo leads underneath the front gyro tray.

I'll admit it was a tight fit, but I kept pushing downward until I was able to make the holes line up.

So far so good.
