gy502 experiences

Hi,

could someone give me some experiences with the gy 502+9254? how's the piro rate and heading hold?

I currently have a 401+9254, but it just doesn't hold in windy conditions and fast backwards flight regarding what I do.

will the gy502 hold the tail and fast backwards flight?

Hope to hear some comments about it. I know it's no 611, but the have to keep the price difference in mind also

I still am running a both a 501 and a 502.
The 502 is easier to set up correctly and can hold better than the 401.
It also has all of the adjust-ability of the 601 since it has the same software installed. In fact with the addition of a few components on the PC board it will turn into a 601.
