ok so ive got a rex450 sa on the way and it should be airborn inside of a month. i also have a aluminum head on the way for my pro also. with this said i just got done running a stock pack through my pro. for some reason i wasnt as careful as i always am. i think its cuz i know that i have the parts already on the way or sitting on my heli desk. so i start with a good tail in hover then, i spun the heli into my first real life side in hover. it was great. i knew exact what was going to happen. and how the heli would react. i knew wich controls to move, it was just awsome. then i did my first piro actually i spun the tail around about 4 times before having to go back into a hover. i was doing some fast forward flight along with some quick backwards flight to bring it back to me. big wide open circles from tail in. then i landed and went into idle up on the ground. hovered abit to get used to it. then bam the 5 hours of real flight from last night kicked in, and i did my first ever flip and roll. they were twitchy and not good looking. but i did them and then messed around with punching the throttle and countering the tail kick. this little heli with the park 370 can really move when needed. all in all this was one of the best flights ive had in awhile. it was made my love of this hobby come back full force. i just cant wait to take my little pro to a big open feild. cuz frankly i just dont care if i crash anymore. i think that is what is needed to progress in this hobby. yes it cost money. but if you keep thinking that you wont ever go past what is comfortable to you. i was out of my comfort zone for 99% of this pack and i just loved. im taking my pro back to work with me. my smoke breaks are now smoke n fly breaks..

congratulations on the improvements and enjoyment factors. It helps alot having other helis to fly if you crash and replacement parts on the bench for repairs. The pucker level is definitely a factor.

yes it is, it plays a big role in how long it takes some one to get to flying and trying new things. i also was flying in wind that was 3 to 4 times faster then what i am used to. the pro handled the wind very well. the tail motor tho, lol when the wind hit it you could just hear spinning up and chopping the wind. my pro wasnt even dialed in. i was holding the tail where i wanted it and dealing with drifitng issues again. but still i feel really good and only wished i had a better charger that wouldnt take 2 hours to charge a discharged 800ma pack
