I am still running the helimax stock 285 MM woodies...can I buy a carbon fiber blade without getting the longer boom? Which ones, size?
Should I get the longer boom, why? Thanks

Align 315 blades will fit with no clearance issues but you will need spacers for the grips as align blades are much thinner at the hub end. some carbons come with the spacers or you can get a set from the MX450xs parts.

I would only get a longer boom if you are going to run 325 or 335 blades
