HELP!!!!!!!! Synthesized RF Module

HI
Just got my Synthesized RF Module for the FF9C Super problem is when i switch the tx on the RF light comes on then the TX will bleep and the light will go out i have look in the manual and it states that the RF Module is not connected or sending a signal.
Hope some one can help

Make sure you have the right numbers in the right spot. If using channel 45 then the first dial from left to right is the 10's place or 4 and the secound dial is the 1's place or 5.

Hope this is the problem.
