A friend and I were finishing 3rd and final day of training with Gary Travis. Last buddy chord flight on his GSR my friend experienced some T/R control issues :shock: ...Check it out!! I will try to download video now. May have to edit to fit max 6 MB. Sorry for wait!...

hmmm..... that's the second broken tail hub I have seen posted on the forums in the last year on a GSR 260.

It was whithout doubt a scary one, I was just overjoyed that I could get the helicopter back on the ground for Mark. I admit it didn't look promising at first. Anyway it all worked out, and we had a great time flying together.

Excellent save it was!! I'm pretty sure Rob could here my cye of relief from across the field after Gary got'er back down in one piece (and upright nonetheless!). I thought it was a gonner when the tail intially let go - Thanks again for the save, Gary! :noteworthy - but lets not try that again!
