What's your head speed for a Caliber 5?

I think that the gear ratio for the caliber 5 is 10:1, and the max torque for the OS-50 hyper is at 16,000rpms. I run my c5 at 1600rpms headspeed, but this seems a bit slow.

What do other folks do?

Actually the Cal 5s ratio is 9.65:1 and peak power on and 50 Hyper is 17500. I'm running around 1850 (which is 17852.5rpm at the engine) atm using a 100% flat curve on a revmax. Was having major overheating issues but replaced my engine bearings and all is cool again :)

Im running a 2000 rpm haed speed with cool power 30%..And a few upgrades..The cali is hot hot hot at 2000 rpm...

1850rpm, get the new counter gear and bring her up to 2000rpm that will get things rolling for you :)
