TX624 wont bind to Novus CP

Hi.

I shevled this heli about a year ago then brought it back to life about 2 weeks ago and got it dialed in pretty good. doing pyros in a small spare bedroom. went to fly again, When i turn on the transmitter the battery indicator doesnt flash nearly as long as it use to and it just wont bind to the heli. tried new batteries no improvment.any suggestions

I am back flyin, or hovering.

I adjusted the transmitter antenna to be straight up and down and poof it works again, I have done 2 flights on it and many binding attempts.

hopfuly this helps the next guy
