I just got my heli the other night. Going to O.S. 50 hyper ringed engine it,Also ds821 4 my 4 main servo's. They are digital and have 70 o.z. Of torque so they should work. It will be flown off a DX7.Still deciding on what Gyro to get. Waiting on my engine to come in so I can put that in the Heli then all I will need is my Gyro and servo.I have been looking at the J.R. 500t and the fut 611, But I have been reading up on the Logitech's any thoughts For the Cali 5. This my first big gas heli, well it is only my second heli.My other one is trex 450 se. I been flying for a month now and cant wait to fly this. So if any body has any helpful advice on gyros or building or things to watch out for let me know.

I heard from a top Dutch pilot that a JR G770T will work just as good as a 611. Its only 150 euro including servo from ishiimokei.

Those plastic pulleys in the tail case as well as the one that's in the chassis take them out epoxy them together and then put them back in, with time they will wear out, and may give thus giving total tail control loss, it's the same as the caliber30 issue , otherwise replace them with the metal tail pulley set, and you can as well upgrade the plastic collar in te main shaft to the metal one, you can pick it up from chris at rcheliworks, www.caliber30.com

Counter gear for higher mr blades head speed, make sure you fly her at 1800 and nothing less, then you will see what she is really made out of.

There are alot of things to consider int he future like the TT green paddles, rev limiter etc, you will enjoy this bird.
