when I turn on the radio the servos start twitching and it trottles up and down by itself without touching any of the controls. I have replaced the receiver crystal, and 4 in 1 board and that hasn't taken care of the problem. I am hesitant to replace the transmitter crystal because I have never dropped the controller or even hit it on anything, so I wouldn't think that is the problem either. Does anyone have any suggestion. Thanks :dontknow

sounds like you're having some severe radio interference. does this happen with the radio antenna fully extended? are you SURE there are fresh batteries in the transmitter? do others in your area experience trouble on your freq? are there capacitors installed on the motors? (they help reduce "noise" from an electric motor) I've got an Axe CP on channel 54 and I get a few hits every now and then.

Yes the antenna is fully extended. Yes I put brand new batteries in the transmitter. Yes there is caps on the motors. The thing is when I first bought it and flew it I didn't have any problems know its like it has a mind of its own. Nothing has changed in or around my house either so I don't know where the interference would of showed up from. I don't know anyone around where I live that even has a heli. Thanks for the help.

Take the back off of your transmitter and make sure the antenna mount isn't seperated from the circuit board.. Mine came from the factory with the entire mounting pad torn loose from the board! I never had throttle twitching after fixing the antenna, but the cheap servos ALWAYS had a tad bit of twitch until I replaced them with the HS 55's?
