hello, i've bought this item : http://www.readyheli.com/DUB334_Kwik_Fill_Fueling_Valve_p/dub334.htm
it's cool but i don't know if there is a particular place on the frame to screw it. do you have an idea ?
then I have a second question. you know the little fuel filter provided in the kit, should I place it between the kwik fill refuel valve and the carburetor ?

Looks right to me. Nice work!

I would not use that thing on a plane, let alone a heli. If the little brass plunger does not get pushed all the way back out you will suck air and your engine will lean out. If you are going to use it, keep a pair of hemostats on hand at the field and tug on the plunger after you fill your tank, before you fly. Keep an eye on it and it should be fine, but eventually the o-ring starts to get worn and the spring looses some of its springiness.

I don't see the need for this on a heli.

I used a "T" connector and short piece of fuel tubing with a alu plug. Simple but works well. You could just use the "T", and use the pinch fitting with the arrow head stopper on one end that comes with the kit too.

No mechanical parts to fail and easy to use.. :D

Haven't you read the above posts? Everyone who has used the Dubro Kwik fueler has had or will have a problem. The problem with the valve is the seal. It doesn't last very long and you will soon be sucking air through the valve making your engine impossible to tune. There is a rebuild kit available for the valve that will restore the seal, but IMHO it's just not worth the effort.
