I receive my TT e620se yesterday via UPS. Upon inspecting everyting i ran across this WARNING notice in the TT Motor case.

I quote: " The OBL43/11-30H brushless moter and the BLC-75 ESC are specifically designed for use with the E550 helicopter and powered by a 6s li-po battery pack only. If you install this motor and ESC in an E620 SE helicopter with 600 ~ 620 mm main rotor blades, it will be eaisly over-loded. For the reason we strongly recommend using the combination of a 10s li-po battery pack, the OBL49/08-50h brushless motor and BLC-65 ESC to power your E620se helicopter."

Can someone decipher this cryptic message, what are they saying ?

That was one of the recommended setups from the ACE Hobby site.
http://www.acehobby.com/ace/TTR4750.htm

I purchased the 11-30 motor and a 6s Li-Po pack only difference is I went with a HSV85 for an ESC - Am I asking for trouble by using this motor with 600mm blades ?

What will be "easily overloaded" ? What is "it" ?

Thanks

The Esc is rated for 6s and 75A if I remember correctly. Spinning 600's and doing hard 3D most likely you will over amp the esc and pop it. If your running the CC85 you should be better off.

I ran that motor on 8s with 600mm blades and doing some hard 3D it did get a bit warm. We had 100A+ spikes with it on 8s. 6s would be higher.

Ticidytoc has it right, the ESC is not capable of running any more than a 6S setup. Mine runs quite nicely on a 6S setup and running 550mm blades, the motor is usually not much more than warm after a 7 minute flight, certainly its comfortable to hold for as long as you like. If you fitted an R50 or E620 tail boom and belt, 600 blades would fit but this would push the current draw up and possibly overload the ESC, I find it runs pretty well with stock size blades.

I did try this motor in my Trex 600 on a 6S setup and with 600mm blades and it didn't heat up much more but it noticably bogs down in flight. I suppose using it in the Trex 600 with an 8S setup would be more interesting :)
