Technical describtion of RC turbines?

Hi all..

Im a bit colored by my work, as a part of the power plant, we have 2 RR trent 52MW turbines... Very nice machines, very challenging maintenance....

So im quite curious, how are RC turbines build? How many turbine stages, any blow of valves? How many combustion chambers and so on..

Any links for good technical descriptions?

i am running one at present in a heli and BOY does it shift
and the sound !!!!!!
the lads at the field want to know why after a flight i come back into the pits with a rather large grin on my face :mrgreen:
some people think that it is electric coss its so quiet :mrgreen:



we can crash any thing we aint missed the ground yet!!!!!
