Any reason to break in LiPo's???

i know nicads and nimh have to have a forming charge, but what about lipos? any reason to do any type of break in, or just go for it?

TP reccomends taking it easy for the first few flights (not drawing full "C" rating) i have no idea if duralite ahs the same reccomendation or not
